Magnetic Personality is a Fallout 2 Perk. It does not appear in any other game to date.

With this perk you can recruit one additional companion non-player character, up to a maximum of five. This effectively lowers your Charisma requirement for non-player character recruiting purposes by two points.

[edit] Notes

  • With this perk and 8 points in Charisma, you can get the maximum of five companions at once.
  • In the Fallout 2 manual (and, because of it, on most Fallout fansites), this Perk is erroneously described as a Level 3 Perk.
